B2B Custom Packaging Projects

Request a Custom Packaging Quote

Tell us what you need to package. Share your product, packaging type, size, estimated quantity and target timing. Complete specifications are helpful, but you can also start with a product photo, an existing package or a list of known and unknown requirements.

We review each project against its specifications before confirming quotation details, sample options and scheduling. Minimum order quantity depends on the packaging specifications and production conditions for the project.

High-graphic corrugated product boxes can also be reviewed when they fit the project. Available structures, materials, printing and finishing routes must be confirmed from the actual brief.

A Useful First Message

Send the facts you have and mark the gaps

  1. Product and use: what goes inside or where the item is applied, packed weight if relevant, sales channel and destination market.
  2. Packaging and size: packaging type, dimensions and whether they are internal, external or observed from an existing sample.
  3. Artwork and versions: available files, languages, SKUs, barcodes or other variable information, plus the current approval status.
  4. Quantity and timing: estimated quantity by SKU and the date you are working toward. Quantity and production timing are confirmed for the specific project.
  5. Reference and questions: photos, drawings, an existing package, desired material or finish, packing method and anything that still needs a proposal.

What Happens Next

A specification-led project review

01

Clarify the brief

We organize the known requirements, identify missing inputs and confirm which packaging products belong in the request.

02

Confirm the quotation basis

Dimensions, structure, materials, print, finish, quantity, packing, destination and other commercial assumptions are aligned before a comparable quotation is confirmed.

03

Choose suitable sample evidence

A blank sample, printed sample, photos or video may answer different questions. The sample route and what it represents are agreed for the project.

04

Confirm production scheduling

Production timing and transaction terms are confirmed after the actual specifications, quantity, process and project conditions are reviewed.

Sample Planning

How the confirmed sample timing works

Samples are made in 3–7 days after specifications, files and any agreed fees are confirmed, depending on product complexity and material availability. The timing should be considered separately for blank and printed samples. Completed samples can be reviewed through photos or video. International sample courier charges are paid separately, and transit time is additional. Complex projects require a separate arrangement.

Ask what the proposed sample represents before approval. A structural sample may answer size and assembly questions without representing final color or finish.

Business Contact

One project brief, clear follow-up roles

HS PACKFACTORY has worked in paper printing and packaging in Shenzhen since 1999.

Bruce handles business communication. Vivian supports quotation and production follow-up. The shared business email is info@hspackfactory.com.

Specific materials, processes, dimensions, performance requirements and schedules are reviewed against the project rather than assumed from a general page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for a quote without final artwork?

Yes. Send the product, packaging type, dimensions, estimated quantity, destination and the files you have. Mark artwork and other open items clearly so the quotation basis can be defined.

How is the minimum order quantity confirmed?

Minimum order quantity depends on the packaging specifications and production conditions for the project. Share the estimated quantity by SKU so it can be reviewed with the rest of the brief.

Can you confirm mass-production timing from the first message?

Target timing is useful input, but production scheduling is confirmed after the specifications, files, quantity, process and project conditions are reviewed.
